Terms of service

- 1. Acceptance: Acceptance of any order by justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) is conditional upon approval by justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.). Acceptance is limited to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.)  hereby objects to any modifications of these Terms and Conditions of sale unless agreed to in writing by justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.).

- 2. Pricing and Discounts: Prices are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change at justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.)’s discretion with or without prior notice. Applicable discounts will be computed on merchandise value only. 

- 3. Minimum Order or Charge: There is no minimum order amount or charge; however, justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.). reserves the right to change quantities to standard packages (case quantity) if indicated in the pricing structure.

- 4. Payment: We accept payment by credit cards or through PayPal. 

- 5. Taxes: The Customer agrees to bear all applicable taxes. Customer is responsible for all tax information including any exemptions or numbers.

- 6. Freight and Shipping Policy: All shipments are F.O.B. Fontana, California unless otherwise agreed upon by justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) and Customer and are subject to shipping and handling charges.

- a. All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services), Fedex or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground unless otherwise specified by Customer. Under normal circumstances, most orders will ship within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order. Due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.).’s control, we will ship orders out as soon as possible.

- b. No material will be shipped on consignment.

- c. Any shipping discrepancies, including item or quantity, must be reported within ten (10) business days from Invoice date to justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.).

- d. Any discrepancies or errors due to the freight carrier are not the responsibility of justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.). Any fees should be claimed with carrier.

- e. Unless specified, justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) reserves the right to choose the carrier of choice and is not responsible for any damages or loss due to carrier.

- 7. Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact us  as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate cancellation of your order, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please note that if an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If package is refused, then any subsequent charges or penalties imposed by the shipping carrier will be billed to Customer.

- 8. Warranty: Warranty only applies to products sold within the continental US. We sell and ship worldwide under following conditions and our one year warranty does has some restrictions to international sale. International Customer shall read the Terms and Conditions of Sales before placing order.

- Check our listed OEM numbers to match before placing order, and do not place the order just based on vehicle application;

- No return is accepted for international orders;

- We offer one year warranty for replacement only and the Customer pays for all shipping cost ( return and re-ship);

- Handling charge includes insurance to cover any damages or loss to order shipments, and any claims should be filed within 30 days of receipt of the part with evidence of photos and detailed description. The compensation to the damage or loss might not include the shipping freight depending on carrier's policy.

- a. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) warrants that all parts sold will be of the kind and quality stated in the description or order and will be free of defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service.

- b. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) provides twelve (12) months warranty for the products purchased from the Invoice date. Liability is limited to replacement of product or credit issued upon agreement within twelve (12) months of Invoice date.

- c. During warranty period, justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) will issue credit for, or replace any parts, at our option, that are found to be defective while in normal use and proper installation. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) accepts no responsibility for misuse of its products, neglect, unauthorized alteration or improper installation.

- d. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) is not liable for consequential damages, commercial loss, personal injury claims, or loss of profits.

- e. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) is only liable for the replacement of the parts purchased from justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.). Any additional claims such as transportation, repair or any consequential damages, commercial loss, personal injury or loss of profits are excepted from our warranty.

- f. The replacement will not be responsible for any parts proved to be damaged by improper installation or found to be tampered, modification abused or misused or neglect after

- g. Any warranty claim is requested to list the defective parts by filling out the “Returned Goods Authorization” form for warranty approval. Please contact us for an RGA Number.

- h. Defective parts must be returned to justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) for analysis, if required.

- i. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied.

- 9. Returned Goods Policy: Return shipment of new merchandise will be accepted and credit will be allowed subject to the following provisions:

- a. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be assigned by justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) prior to returning. This RGA number must be prominently displayed on the package. Packages with no RGA number may be refused. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) reserves the right to refuse any return. Shipments sent back will be returned to Customer at Customer’s expense. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.)  reserves the right to accept or reject credit for returned goods. Please be advised that all RGA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days from issue date. After expiration, you must acquire a new RGA number.

- b. Issuance of this RGA number does not guarantee acceptance of the returned items. All returned items must meet the warranty requirements before credit or replacement parts can be issued. (If you are unsure of these requirements, please contact us before returning product.)

- c. The items to be returned should be securely packaged, listed as currently supplied at the time of return, and returned prepaid to the following address: Fontana Engine Electrical Inc. 7531 Wynstone Place, Fontana, CA 92336.

- d. Parts must be in new and resalable condition, in the original package (when applicable), with part numbers clearly marked. Parts purchased more than thirty (30) days prior to return shall not be considered as current.

- e. Items returned must be accompanied by their original Invoice or the Invoice number and dates. justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) shall have the sole determination of whether or not items are “current,” “unused,” and “undamaged,” and whether or not the proper Invoices or Invoice numbers and dates have been provided.

- f. Special order items are not returnable for credit.

- g. Unless authorized, shipment charges for collect returns will be debited from your return credit. Authorized collect shipments include defects due to a manufacturing error or a fault of justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.).

- h. Items will be tested upon receiving and if upon completion of testing, the returned items are found to be in good working condition, no credit will be issued and items will be returned to Customer, if requested, at the Customer’s expense.

- i. Items returned that are not of justautopartsUSA.com (Fontana Engine Electrical Inc.) manufacture or sale will not be credited. A handling charge may be imposed to return any item that is not of our manufacture or sale.

- j. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of nondefective items outside the twelve (12) month warranty period.

- k. Credit on returned goods will be issued at purchase price.

- l. For returned goods, only credit will be issued. No refunds or cash will be given.
