Return and refund policy

All return request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATIOM FROM FONTANA ENGINE ELECTRICAL INC. Please e-mail us for a return authorization number (RMA #) before returning any parts for exchange or credit. Returns, except those due to our error, are subject to a 20% handling charge. Enclose a packing slip or original invoice with all returns and note our authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. All returns must be freight prepaid. NOTE: Unauthorized returns or return of parts not purchased from justautpartsUSA.com. will result in no credit.

Return Policy for INTERNATIONAL SALES 

We only sell to international customer if following terms and conditions are accepted.

Check our listed OEM numbers to match before placing order, and do not place the order just based on vehicle application.

No return is accepted for international orders unless return freight is paid by customer.

We offer one year warranty for replacement only and the customer pays for all shipping cost ( return and re-ship).

Handling charge includes insurance to cover any damages or loss to order shipments, and any claims should be filed within 15 days from the date of receiving with evidence of photos and detailed description. The compensation to the damage or loss might not include the shipping freight depending on courier’s policy.
