Q: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: No, we do not have any minimum order quantity.

Q: Do the parts you ship are the same as pictures of posted in listing?

A: Most of the parts we shipped are the same as pictured. However,  there are the situation that multiple OEM or reference numbers are exchangeable for the same applications. The actual shipped part might be different in OEM or reference number, brand (especially for aftermarket parts), color, finish, packaging or country of origin. For customer who requires the part to be the same as pictured, please contact us before placing order. 

Q: Do you have core charge included in price?

A: If there is a core charge, it will be shown in pricing. We encourage Customer to contact us for core exchange program.

Q: Do you accept Customer to send in cores to rebuild?

A: Yes, we encourage Customer to provide pictures of the core for us to evaluate conditions of the core. We will quote cost and shipping schedule then.

Q: What is your rebuilt process on starters and generators?

A: Normally we use new brushes, shins, solenoid and refurbish drive, coils and armature for rebuilding the starter. We use new bearing, brushes and refurbish armature. If the housing, and pulley are damaged, we  will use new to replace. Every starter and generator we rebuild are tested before shipping out.

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?

A: We use USPS, Fedex and UPS as basic shipping carriers. Customer can also provide shipping label for us to ship their order.

Q: What is your warranty on products?

A: We offer one year warranty for products from Invoice Date.  Detailed information about our warranty policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions of Sales.

Q: Do you sell and ship internationally and what is your warranty for international sale?

A: We sell and ship worldwide under following conditions and our one year warranty does has some restrictions to international sale. International Customer shall read the Terms and Conditions of Sales before placing order.

  • Check our listed OEM numbers to match before placing order, and do not place the order just based on vehicle application;

  • No return is accepted for international orders;

  • We offer one year warranty for replacement only and the Customer pays for all shipping cost ( return and re-ship);

  • Handling charge includes insurance to cover any damages or loss to order shipments, and any claims should be filed within 30 days of receipt of the part with evidence of photos and detailed description. The compensation to the damage or loss might not include the shipping freight depending on carrier's policy.
